Sharjah24: Sharjah Finance Department (SFD) announced the beginning of a new cooperation with Al Fardan Exchange Company, to provide the service of recharging the Collection and payment of smart service fees (smart receipt system - Tahseel) to all individuals and dealers with government departments in Sharjah, through all branches of Al Fardan Exchange Company, as part of the framework of the Department's keenness to raise the level of customer satisfaction and facilitate them.
Al-Fardan Exchange Company shall provide the customers of the Central Finance Department with the service of recharging the collection account of the Central Finance Department, and the service of paying government services fees, violations or any other services to be agreed upon later.
Huda Al Yasi, Director of Financial System Department in SFD has expressed the Department’s keenness to enhance the efficiency of financial procedures in government departments in accordance with the vision and directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, aiming to ensure providing a work environment that assures financial success and excellence, in addition to achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction by easing and simplifying procedures, which is the main goal of signing this agreement with Al-Fardan Exchange Company.
Commenting on this, Hasan Fardan Alfardan. Chief Executive Officer at Al Fardan Group has expressed his pleasure with the new partnership, stressing their keenness to announce the partnership with the Central Finance Department with the aim of creating positive effects in line with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
He added that this partnership reflects Alfardan Exchange's ongoing commitment to achieving the state's strategies to empower communities into an environment characterised by complete flexibility, and all these developments will facilitate customers' lives and their interactions with the government.
