SFD launches “Performance of Operational Operations" system

Sharjah24: The Sharjah Finance Department (SFD) launched the "Monitoring of the Performance of Operational Operations" system with the aim of organising all processes of measuring institutional performance electronically, as a continuation of the system of managing and measuring the institutional performance recently introduced by the department, which is based on six main topics.

The launch of the electronic system of "Monitoring the performance of Operational Operations" came with internal efforts within the framework of the department's endeavor to achieve its vision of financial leadership towards globalisation and its mission to develop innovative technologies to achieve financial stability and sustainability, in line with the UAE's support for digital transformation initiatives in government agencies.

 

Development of electronic systems designed according to the best international standards

Badr Al Ali, Director of the Department of Strategic Planning and Institutional Excellence at the department, said: "The Central Finance Department in Sharjah is constantly striving to develop the existing operational mechanisms and innovate new ones in order to contribute to the completion of operations faster and more accurately operational."

 

He added: "The department is always keen to apply the principle of smart work and support digital transformation initiatives in automating services and procedures and organising internal processes, including institutional performance measurement processes by controlling drafting, amendment and preservation processes to ensure the integrity of procedures and to ensure the preservation of confidentiality and classification of documents.

 

Optimization of data study and analysis processes

Maitha Al Tuniji, Head of the Quality and Institutional Excellence Department said: "The new system will enable us to make optimal use of the processes of studying and analyzing data and the results of the outputs with the ability to give appropriate directions to ensure the continuity of updating and continuous development of the processes and services provided in a manner that serves the interests of the department and to achieve its directions and goals the strategy".
